In the city of Moscow, from January 20 to 21, there is an exhibition and sale of kittens and puppies. If you want to exhibit and sell your own kitten or puppy, then you must comply with the following requirements: 1) Healthy kittens at least 3 months old are allowed for the exhibition if they have veterinary passports with rabies vaccination and a certificate form 1 or form 4. 2) All kittens and puppies must have measurements or pedigrees, and you must have a document about the origin of your little “friend” so that you can show them at the request of the exhibition committee. There will be competitions at the exhibition, where everyone who comes has a chance to win a prize.

About the Abyssinian and Oriental cattery Ocharovashka

The Ocharovashka cattery is located in Moscow and professionally breeds Abyssinian cats and oriental cats .

The priority task of our nursery is to obtain beautiful, charming offspring with good health that meet the standards of these breeds. Our abiki and oriki are capable of charming even the most experienced cat lover. Our Abyssinian and Oriental cats are kept in excellent conditions, surrounded by attention and care.

Abyssinian cats

Abyssinian cats are one of the oldest cat breeds. Its real origin is lost in time. Romantic tales call this breed “cats from the Blue Nile,” saying that it is a direct descendant of the sacred cat of Ancient Egypt. This is indicated by frescoes on the walls of temples depicting cats, and drawings on papyri, mummified animals found that are very reminiscent of the Abyssinian cat breed.

Another version of the origin story of the Abyssinian cat says that the Abyssinian cat descended from the wild African cat, which lives in the Middle East and Africa. There is some similarity between them, but the color is completely different, which casts doubt on their relationship.

Oriental cats

The history of the origin of the Oriental cat breed began with their closest relatives – Siamese cats. True, both breeds have changed over time, so now their representatives are no longer as similar to each other as they were before. For example, on the face of Oriental cats there is never a black mask characteristic of Siamese, and their character is much softer.

The ancestors of both of these breeds were first brought to England from Asia at the end of the 19th century, which is when the history of Oriental cats began.

We do not sell kittens without documents or from unscheduled matings. All Abyssinian and Oriental kittens have a document of origin, even those that we sell for castration or sterilization.

"Winter Shows"

In the city of Ryazan, from January 20 to 21, an animal exhibition is taking place, where anyone can take part. Exhibition program: 1. Costume competition in the style of “Russian Patterns”; 2. Competition “Best Tent Decoration”, where the prize will be a gingerbread house; 3. “Painted Matryoshka” show, where all cats with a pattern take part; 4. “Dressy shirtfronts” show, where cats and white take part; 5. “Velvet Bekesha”, where short-haired cats take part; 6. “Autumn Forest”, where aboriginal cats take part.

KoBalls Show
