Vladislav Evglevsky is 29 years old and lives in Murmansk. Since 2010, he worked in the office as a logistician, delivering food products from various wholesale bases. The young man decided to travel across the country and get to Vladivostok, see people, make contacts in the field of domestic tourism, gain experience and ultimately create an Internet portal that unites lovers of active travel. Vlad is interested in snowmobiles, motocross, rafting and much more; in almost every region on his way there are people from the road environment who are ready for cooperation and support, they also give Vlad overnight accommodation in large cities.
There are a lot of hitchhikers in our country, and Vlad is not the first who decided to travel around the whole country with random companions, but the black fluffy partner looking out of his backpack immediately adds weight and arouses interest in the guy from the North. We met this pair of travelers, who have six legs between them, in Novosibirsk.

There is a separate backpack for Sam, which, in addition to himself, always contains food, a litter tray, litter, a bowl, overalls, a raincoat and a small bottle of shampoo. So the partner’s uniform matches that of a human.

“He sits in my second backpack on my chest, and if it’s cold, he’s dressed in overalls.” I also place a raincoat rolled up like a cocoon inside. Sam is either looking forward from the backpack or sitting inside. If he wants to go to the toilet, he begins to quietly scratch himself - Vlad would not have said this if he had remained sitting in the office.
The cat, despite its black color, does not bring any trouble to the traveler - only once did a truck driver who stopped for a long time refuse to take Vlad with him because of the cat. “He will get in the way!” “I don’t like cats, especially black ones,” the driver denied at first, but then he allowed himself to be persuaded. Sam, as always, behaved decently, sat and purred on the traveler's lap. At the end of the trip, the truck driver scratched his head and said something to the effect that maybe he should have a cat in his truck.

Therefore, I think that this modification is only suitable for miniature cats up to 3.5 kg, which can fit in it without bending. I illustrate the problem.
As a result, we did not use such a backpack, because... I feel sorry for the cat: at the slightest opportunity she comes out of the backpack when it is opened, although sitting inside she is not indignant. For 15-minute walks, for example, when you need to walk somewhere or ride a bike, the backpack is perfect. Moreover, it is indispensable for such situations. But for long walks for your own and the cat’s pleasure, you need to find something more comfortable.
